 For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you can check the status of your order here using the tracking number from the Shipping Confirmation email. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email 10-15 minutes after placing your order. It may take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY?
Within UK
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class that aims to deliver within 1-3 working days.

Rest of the world
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed/Tracked & Signed, depending on the destination. Please allow 1-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact monamifrost@gmail.com within one month of purchase. Make sure you have attached a photo of the product. We will not be held accountable for damaged items after this time.
